Payment: Nothing is paid when you send a request. If the owner approves, you pay a 25% deposit to secure the dates and the balance is due 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival. For stays starting within 8 weeks (56 days), the full amount is paid on approval.
Cancellation: Cancel 8 weeks (56 days) or more before arrival for a full refund, deposit included. Within 8 weeks of arrival, payments are not refundable unless the owner re-lets the dates.
Paying safely: Payment is by card through Stripe’s secure checkout; card details never reach us. Paying by card keeps your card protections (chargeback, and Section 75 cover on eligible credit card payments). We will never ask you to pay by bank transfer.

Question before you book? Ask the owner — your dates go with it, and nothing is held.
