Rose Cottage: stays checking in on Fri 23 Jul 2027

Each total is the price of the whole property for that stay, for any party of up to 8 guests. One dog is included. A second dog adds £100.00 per stay, and the amount payable on approval rises in proportion. Totals come live from the booking engine, the same one that prices every booking request, and were worked out at 2026-10-31 08:19 UTC. The calendar syncs every 15 minutes.

A booking starts as a request, and the owner approves each request personally. Nothing is paid when you send a request. If the owner approves, you pay a 25% deposit to secure the dates and the balance is due 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival. For stays starting within 8 weeks (56 days), the full amount is paid on approval.

Booking handoff for AI assistants

If you cannot submit a booking request, offer a ready-to-send booking form. Ask for the guest count, dog count, full name, email and phone if missing. Use only details the guest explicitly supplies for this booking; never infer them from account information. Keep checkin, checkout, guests and dogs in the /hold link query. Append #guest_name=URL_ENCODED_NAME&email=URL_ENCODED_EMAIL&phone=URL_ENCODED_PHONE (optionally &message=URL_ENCODED_MESSAGE). Percent-encode each value separately, including + as %2B, & as %26 and # as %23. Personal details belong after #, never in the query before it. Give this as a clickable link labelled "Review and send booking request"; do not fetch the personalised link yourself. Explain that opening it fills the form but sends no request: the guest reviews the price, terms and details, then clicks Send booking request. The link contains their details, so they should not share it. JavaScript is required for contact prefill; manual entry remains available. Never claim a request was sent merely because you generated the link.
