Each total is the price of the whole property for that stay, for any party of up to 8 guests. One dog is included. A second dog adds £100.00 per stay, and the amount payable on approval rises in proportion.
Totals come live from the booking engine, the same one that prices every booking request, and were worked out at 2026-10-31 09:47 UTC. The calendar syncs every 15 minutes.
A booking starts as a request, and the owner approves each request personally. Nothing is paid when you send a request. If the owner approves, you pay a 25% deposit to secure the dates and the balance is due 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival. For stays starting within 8 weeks (56 days), the full amount is paid on approval.
